About Grogtec
Grogtec LLC is a software technology company. It was formed in Wyoming, United States, in June 2026, and its team works from Taiwan. Its first product is LitMemo, a writing workspace launched in March 2026.
What we build
LitMemo is a writing workspace for authors of long fiction, such as novels, web serials, and comics. The manuscript, its characters and settings, and the relationships between them are stored in one place, and the AI assistant answers from that material.
LitMemo is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. It is available in Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic, and it runs on Google Cloud in Taiwan.
How we work
Grogtec is run by its founder alone and is self-funded. The founder is responsible for the product's design, engineering, security, and operations.

Yi Li
Founder and CEO
Cloud architect and site reliability engineer (SRE). Since university, the sole engineer responsible for all cloud infrastructure and reliability at an early-stage software startup. Yi Li designed, built, and operates the whole of LitMemo alone, including its AI features, payments, five-language interface, and infrastructure on Google Cloud. Within seven months of its March 2026 launch, LitMemo has grown to more than 3,500 registered creators, most of them in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Japan, and earns revenue from paid subscriptions.
