Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy covers grogtec.com, the company website of Grogtec LLC. LitMemo, the product, has its own privacy policy at litmemo.com/privacy.
What this site collects
grogtec.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, stores nothing in your browser, and loads nothing from third-party servers.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, records each request's IP address, time, requested URL, and browser user agent in load-balancer logs. Grogtec uses these logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse; its basis for doing so is its legitimate interest in operating a secure website. The logs are held by Google Cloud on Grogtec's behalf and may be processed outside the country you are visiting from. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
If you write to support@grogtec.com, we keep the message and our reply so that we can follow up on your request. We use your address only to respond to you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the correspondence we hold about you, and you can object to the processing described above, by writing to support@grogtec.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
